Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for handling walk-in and wholesale customers, generating orders, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely order execution.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAttend retail and wholesale customers professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Generate sales orders and coordinate with billing.
  • Follow up with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Maintain customer database and WhatsApp communication.
  • Coordinate with packing and dispatch team for timely delivery.
  • Display merchandise neatly and maintain showroom presentation.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and increase average billing.
  • Handle customer complaints politely and resolve them promptly.
  • Update daily sales report before leaving the office.
  • Skills RequiredGood communication (Hindi, Marathi & basic English)
