Education Counsellor

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right academic programs and institutions based on their educational background, career aspirations, and personal interests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong counselling abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

• Counsel students regarding academic programs, admissions, and career opportunities.
• Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses and institutions.
• Provide detailed information about admission requirements, eligibility criteria, application procedures, and deadlines.
• Assist students throughout the admission process, including documentation and application submission.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling sessions, and application status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, education fairs, and promotional events to generate leads.
• Stay updated with education trends, university programs, scholarships, and visa requirements (if applicable).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.

Skills And QualificationsRequirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in education counselling, student recruitment, or admissions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong counselling, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand students' needs and provide suitable guidance.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Skills

Experience in overseas education counselling is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of university admission processes and scholarship opportunities.
• Experience in handling student enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
