📍 Primary Location: Lower Parel

💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES
- 6 Months to 4 Years Exp: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 In-Hand
- 4+ Years Exp: ₹35,000 In-Hand
- 📈 Monthly Incentives: Up to ₹5,000/-

⏰ SHIFT & WORKING DAYS

🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 Months of Customer Support experience (Mandatory)
- Language Skills: Very Good to Excellent Verbal & Written English Communication
- Technical Skills: Basic Computer Knowledge
- Other Traits: Good listening skills, customer-first attitude, and comfortable with rotational shifts
📌 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- 📞 Multichannel Support: Handle customer inquiries professionally via calls, emails, and chats.
- 🛠️ Resolution: Provide accurate details on products/services and resolve issues efficiently.
- 📊 Data Management: Maintain customer records and update interaction details in the CRM system.
- 🔄 Escalation Handling: Escalate complex issues to internal teams and follow up for resolution.
- 🎯 Targets: Consistently meet individual CSAT and quality performance targets.
