You will handle everything from technical troubleshooting to managing our unique "hassle-free" service requests.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Guidance: Assist customers with product features, such as explaining the 7 speed modes on our stand mixers or the intelligent heat control on the Hypersonic Airshot Hair Styler.

Service Coordination: Manage the repair policy by scheduling free pick-and-drop or at-home services with our authorized engineers.

Omnichannel Support: Respond to inquiries across Call and WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms like Instagram.

Warranty Management: Process claims under our standard 2-year warranty and guide customers through the zero-paperwork claim process.

Issue Resolution: Act as a brand ambassador by resolving complaints professionally, ensuring high ratings on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart
