Job Description

  • Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and other communication channels.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues and EMIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
  • Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer queries related to payments.
  • Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining service quality.
  • Escalate delinquent accounts as per company policy.
  • Ensure compliance with collection guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and account updates.
