Client Servicing & Account Manager

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure seamless execution of branding, marketing, and advertising projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Coordinate with design, content, digital marketing, and development teams.
• Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Conduct client meetings and communicate project updates.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
• Manage advertising and marketing campaign execution.
• Ensure high-quality work and excellent client satisfaction.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience in an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and client relationship management skills.
• Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, websites, social media, and paid advertising.
