Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to manage our central kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle complete food production independently while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Responsibilities:
Take complete ownership of daily food production from 4:00 AM onwards.
Ensure all food is prepared, packed, and ready for dispatch by 9:00 AM.
Prepare Healthy Tiffins .
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Plan production according to daily order volumes.
Monitor food inventory and minimize wastage.
Supervise kitchen helpers and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen or central kitchen.
Knowledge of multiple cuisines is preferred.
Ability to work in early morning shifts (4:00 AM onwards).
Good team management and time management skills.
Passion for cooking with attention to quality and hygiene.
