Accounts Executive – Audit & Taxation

We are looking for a competent and hands-on Accounts Executive with strong experience in taxation, statutory compliance and audit coordination for a manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• GST compliance, reconciliations and return-related working

• TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations and returns

• Income-tax related workings and coordination

• Prepare schedules and documentation for statutory and tax audits

• Coordinate independently with auditors, CAs and consultants

• Ledger scrutiny and identification of accounting/compliance discrepancies

• Vendor and customer reconciliations

• Bank reconciliations and verification of accounting entries

• Review purchase, sales, expense and journal entries

• Assist with monthly and annual closing of accounts

• Maintain proper supporting documentation and audit trails

• Track statutory deadlines and ensure timely compliance

• Resolve audit observations and follow matters through to closure

• Working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems; SAP Business One experience preferred

Candidate Profile

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred

• 4–8 years of relevant experience

• Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation and audit

• Manufacturing-company experience strongly preferred

• Must be hands-on and capable of independently handling auditors and compliance requirements

• Strong Excel and reconciliation skills

• High attention to detail and ownership of deadlines
