Job Description

  • Understand the operational requirements of different business divisions.
  • Prepare simple Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and Statements of Work (SOW) with guidance from business heads.
  • Coordinate with software developers and technology vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Test applications before deployment and report bugs or improvements.
  • Coordinate implementation of new applications across offices, factories and field teams.
  • Train employees and business users on new software.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights and permissions.
  • Generate MIS reports and assist management with business data.
  • Coordinate software maintenance, upgrades and issue resolution.
  • Maintain project documentation and track timelines and budgets.
  • Assist in identifying technology solutions that improve business efficiency.
