BFSI Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for sales roles in BFSI – from sourcing to onboarding.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top sales talent.
• Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screening, assess candidates on sales aptitude, BFSI experience, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth process.
• Offer Management: Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure timely closure.
• Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment trackers and ATS with candidate information.
• Employer Branding: Promote the organization's value proposition to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on BFSI hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–6 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on sales hiring in the BFSI sector.
• Deep understanding of BFSI products, services, and sales roles (e.g., Relationship Manager, Business Development Executive, Field Sales Executive, Field Service Engg etc.).
• Excellent sourcing skills through Naukri, LinkedIn, job fairs, and other platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
