Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a polite, humble, and motivated Back Office Assistant to join our multi-car workshop. In this role, you will handle customer communications, manage service quotes, and help our daily workshop operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers daily via phone, email, and in person to assist with their inquiries.
- Prepare and send accurate service and repair quotes to customers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding their vehicle’s status, required parts approval, and pickup times.
- Handle basic office paperwork, data entry, and updates in our system.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (ability to use email, spreadsheets, and messaging tools).
- Communication skills with a naturally polite, humble, and helpful attitude.
- Strong willingness to talk to and coordinate with customers throughout the day.
- Prior experience in an automotive workshop or garage is a plus, but not mandatory. We welcome freshers who are eager to learn.
