📍 Location: Mumbai

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Only 2025–2026 Diploma Pass-out Batch

✅ Only 10+2 + Diploma holders are eligible

✅ Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication or Electrical & Electronics

✅ Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th & Diploma

✅ No backlog and no academic gap

✅ Freshers only (No Active UAN)

✅ Candidates who have previously undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act in any Government, Public Sector, or Private organization are not eligible

✅ Local candidates with fluency in the local language preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Support rollout activities for telecom network elements.

✅ Conduct network surveys, audits, and site supervision.

✅ Support Enterprise and Mobility customer deployments.

✅ Resolve network trouble tickets and customer complaints.

✅ Perform network testing and support performance management activities.

🔹 Required Skills

✔ Basic knowledge of Telecom Networks

✔ Project Management Skills

✔ Service Delivery Orientation

✔ Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

✔ Team Player

📚 Program Structure

📌 Apprenticeship Duration: 12 Months

• 2 Weeks Classroom Induction Training at SHQ/RHQ

• 7 Days On-the-Job Training (OJT)

• Regular engagement and technical training by the Network Training Team

• Hands-on classroom and field exposure

🚀 Career Progression

🔹 Apprentice (12 Months): ₹12,000/month

🔹 Network Diploma Engineer Trainee (13–24 Months): ₹25,000/month

🔹 Field Engineer (25th Month Onwards): ₹30,000/month
