Job Description
Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and bank reconciliation.
Prepare client invoices, payment follow-ups and outstanding reports.
Manage payroll, salary sheets, advances and deductions.
Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other applicable statutory compliance.
Maintain vendor payments, expenses and financial records.
Prepare monthly MIS, P&L and management reports.
Coordinate with CA, auditors and management.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and payroll.
Experience in security services / facility management / manpower industry will be preferred.
Good communication, accuracy and follow-up skills.
Should be able to independently manage accounts.
