Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Dairy Refrigeration Sales — Promote Metalex compressors, ammonia pumps, valves, and refrigeration equipment to dairy unions and cold storages.
- Technical Requirement Analysis — Understand customer needs, plant conditions, and propose technically correct solutions.
- BOQ & Tender Handling — Interpret BOQs, technical specifications, deviation sheets, and prepare compliant offers.
- Plant Surveys — Conduct detailed site surveys, capture equipment data, identify upgrade opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management — Build long-term trust with plant managers, refrigeration heads, and procurement teams.
- Cold Storage Application Engineering — Support potato/onion cold storages with load calculations, equipment selection, and proposals.
- Service Coordination — Coordinate with Metalex service teams for breakdowns, commissioning, and AMC discussions.
- Competitor Intelligence — Track competitor offerings ) and position Metalex effectively.
- Reporting & Documentation — Maintain daily reports, inquiry logs, follow-ups, and CRM discipline.
- Market Development — Identify new dairy expansions, cold storage projects, and consultant-driven opportunities.
- Reporting on CRM system.
