Job Description


  • Manage and grow primary & secondary sales in the assigned territory
  • Appoint, develop, and manage dealers and distributors
  • Ensure target achievement as per monthly and annual plans
  • Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor and improve market coverage and product availability
  • Implement promotional schemes, pricing strategies, and product launches
  • Handle institutional and project sales, if required
  • Collect market feedback and analyze competitor activities
  • Ensure timely payment collection and control outstanding balances
  • Train, guide, and motivate the field sales team
  • Maintain daily sales reports, MIS, and CRM updates
