Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and result-oriented Visa Counsellor to guide clients through the immigration and visa application process. The candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring successful case processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel clients regarding study, tourist, work, and PR visa options

- Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa pathways

- Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms

- Explain documentation requirements and process timelines clearly

- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa applications

- Maintain proper records of clients and follow-ups

- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams

- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–3 years experience in immigration or visa counselling

- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi

- Good knowledge of visa procedures (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.)

- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
