Job Description

Job Title: Production Supervisor (10–15 Vacancies)

Industry: Nutraceutical Manufacturing

Location: Mohali

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production activities and shop floor operations.
  • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines are met.
  • Manage manpower, shift planning, and production reports.
  • Coordinate with QA, QC, and Warehouse teams.
  • Maintain GMP, SOP, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Male candidates preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a Nutraceutical, Pharma, or Food manufacturing company.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

Probation: 3 Months
