Granos World Food India Private Limited is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead the operations of its chocolate manufacturing unit. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete production process—from raw material handling to finished chocolate products—while ensuring quality, productivity, and food safety standards. Candidates with prior experience in the Food or Beverage manufacturing industry will be preferred.

🍫 Manage end-to-end chocolate manufacturing operations from raw materials to finished products
👨🏭 Supervise production staff and ensure efficient daily production activities
📅 Plan production schedules to meet quality and delivery targets
✅ Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
⚙️ Monitor production equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance
📊 Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce wastage
📝 Maintain production reports, inventory records, and operational documentation
🤝 Coordinate with quality, maintenance, procurement, and warehouse teams for smooth operations
🦺 Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, and food manufacturing regulations

🥤 Candidates with Food or Beverage Manufacturing Industry experience will be given preference.
💰 Salary:
💵 Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (As per Skills & Experience)
