Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to generate business opportunities, qualify leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with schools, colleges, corporates, government departments, channel partners, and system integrators.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with the presales team.
  • Maintain customer data and sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
