About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, confident and Customer Support Executive to become an expert on our EdTech platform, GoEdukify.
This is not a target-based sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Help Edukify clients use the platform smoothly.
- 2. Reply to queries on call, chat and email.
- 3. Guide setup of logo, courses, sign-up and payments.
- 4. Solve simple issues; escalate technical ones to the tech team.
- 5. Comfortable using apps/software (product training given).
- 6. Clear, polite communication and patience.
