🔹 Job Responsibilities
✅ Make outbound calls to customers for loan products.
✅ Explain Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP & Mortgage Loan.
✅ Generate qualified leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
✅ Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
✅ Collect basic customer details & required documents.
✅ Coordinate with the processing team for smooth loan approval.
✅ Maintain daily call records and update customer data in the system.
✅ Achieve daily & monthly calling targets.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate Preferred).
✅ Experience in Loan Telecalling / Banking / Financial Services preferred.
✅ Good Communication & Convincing Skills.
✅ Basic Computer Knowledge.
✅ Target-Oriented & Positive Attitude.
