Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Handle audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, receivables, and payables.
• Review MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Ensure proper accounting controls and accuracy of financial records.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Oversee and guide the accounts team.
• Handle accounting software/ERP systems such as Odoo, Tally, or similar platforms.
• Support management in financial planning, business decisions, and cost-control initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• 3–7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Good command of Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
