Job Description
Job Title: Sales Representative Officer
Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Representative Officer with strong Advanced Excel and data management skills to support our sales team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling sales reports, maintaining customer data, tracking leads, preparing MIS reports, and coordinating with the sales team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update daily sales and customer records in Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales/MIS reports.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales targets.
- Monitor sales team performance and prepare performance reports.
- Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with sales executives and management for data and report requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead databases.
- Identify and report gaps or inconsistencies in sales data.
- Support the sales team with quotations, follow-up tracking, and documentation.
- Prepare management reports as required.
