Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to manage billing transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be honest, detail-oriented, and capable of handling cash and digital payment transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other digital payment transactions.
- Generate accurate invoices and billing receipts.
- Maintain the cash counter and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Verify and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth checkout operations.
- Maintain records of daily transactions and submit reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures.
- Keep the billing area clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
