SAP Operator

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily SAP data entry and transaction processing.

Create and process Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Goods Issues (GI), and stock transfers.

Update inventory, production, and material records in SAP. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Monitor stock movement and maintain inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Sales, and Finance teams.

Verify transaction accuracy and resolve data discrepancies.

Maintain SAP master data (materials, vendors, customers, etc.).

Prepare reports and documentation as required.

Follow company SOPs and maintain data confidentiality.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of SAP ERP (MM/PP/SD/WM modules preferred).

Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or any relevant discipline.

SAP certification or training is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience Freshers: SAP training or internship preferred.

1–5 Years: Experience in SAP operations, inventory, warehouse, production, procurement, or logistics is preferred.

Preferred Candidates Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, pharmaceuticals, or warehouse operations.

Knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.
