Job Description
Job SummarySeeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead production, manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, and dispatch operations while ensuring EHS compliance. The role focuses on driving operational excellence using SAP S/4HANA, 5S, FIFO, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production, manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure production targets, quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time deliveries.
- Drive 5S, FIFO, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage production planning, inventory, and reporting using SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure EHS compliance through safety standards, audits, and employee training.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Production & Manufacturing Management, Dispatch Management, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, 5S, FIFO, EHS, Safety, and Team Leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
