Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the ERP system on a daily basis
• Handle general office data entry work across departments (production, stores, purchase, sales, etc.)
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry
• Generate reports and maintain records as required by different departments
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and error-free data updates
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data
• Assist in day-to-day administrative and documentation tasks as needed
Requirements:
• 12th pass (minimum qualification)
• 1–2 years of experience working with any ERP system (SAP, Tally, or similar) and data entry
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple data entry tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills for coordinating across departments
