Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, explain the company's financial products and services, and schedule follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers professionally over the phone.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Introduce the company's financial products and services, including Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, Loans, and Demat Accounts.
• Generate qualified leads and identify potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide basic product information.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain daily calling records, customer details, and follow-up status.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation targets.
• Update customer information and call reports in the company's CRM or Excel sheets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex questions to the concerned team.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion and client onboarding.
• Maintain polite communication and follow company policies and applicable compliance requirements.
• Required SkillsGood verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confidence and a professional telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
• Ability to convince customers and handle objections politely.
• Good listening, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to learn about financial products and services.
• Goal-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: graduates preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, sales, or lead generation will be an advantage.
