Job Description
- Lead Generation: Proactively source new clients through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and referrals.
- Property Showings: Schedule and conduct site visits to brief prospective buyers on project features, amenities, and location advantages.
- Client Consultation: Understand client budget and lifestyle needs to recommend the most suitable properties or investment plots.
- Negotiation & Closing: Present offers, negotiate prices and payment terms, and facilitate the smooth execution of sales agreements.
- Market Awareness: Continuously update knowledge on local real estate trends, competitor pricing, and zoning laws.
- Post-Sales Support: Assist clients with documentation, financing, and the overall closing/handover process. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate property value and build trust.
- Negotiation: The ability to persuade, handle objections, and create win-win scenarios for buyers and developers.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
