Job Description
Marketing Telecaller & Reception Executive – Mind Rise Child Development Centre: Responsible for handling front-desk operations, incoming and outgoing calls, parent enquiries, appointment scheduling and regular follow-ups. The role includes explaining the Centre’s therapies and services, converting leads into assessments/admissions, maintaining enquiry and follow-up records, coordinating with therapists and parents, and supporting marketing activities through calls, WhatsApp, doctors, schools and other referral sources. The candidate should have excellent communication, convincing and interpersonal skills with a professional and target-oriented approach.
