Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to farmers, dealers, retailers, distributors, and other potential customers.
- Generate new leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Explain agricultural products, features, benefits, pricing, offers, and usage to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up regularly with leads, existing customers, and pending orders.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Take orders and coordinate with the operations/dispatch team for timely fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, orders, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/Excel.
- Track customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team.
- Coordinate with field sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Maintain high call quality, productivity, and conversion rates.
