Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Lead Relationship Manager to build strong customer relationships, generate qualified leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive business growth for SunLynk Solar Energy.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills, with a strong interest in the renewable energy/solar sector.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage leads through referrals, networking, digital channels, field activities, and other sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar energy solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and post-sales follow-up.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, site visits, and product/solution discussions.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with technical, installation, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Support and guide junior relationship managers or sales executives where required.
