Job Description

  • Looking for the Team leader with good experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan & Overdraft
  • Having minimum one year of experience in DSA Firm.
  • Must have experience in team handling.
  • Ability to provide regular training, mentoring, and performance feedback to improve team productivity and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with banking partners for smooth loan processing, documentation, and resolving client queries.
  • Prepared daily/weekly sales reports and presented performance updates to senior management.
  • Regularly communicated with upper management to provide updates on team performance, market dynamics, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
