Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate the sales team
* Set and achieve monthly sales targets
* Monitor daily calls, follow-ups and site visits
* Convert leads into site visits and bookings
* Handle customer queries and negotiations
* Develop effective sales strategies
* Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
* Coordinate with telecalling and marketing teams
* Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and MIS
* Ensure proper follow-up of every lead until closure
