Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable properties, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and investment benefits.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits for prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
