Job Description
A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating property sales by identifying prospective buyers, understanding their requirements, conducting property presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to closing. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and market knowledge to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads through referrals, networking, digital marketing, and cold calling.
- Arrange and conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and project benefits.
- Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
