Job Description
- Cooking & Kitchen OperationsPrepare breakfast, lunch, tea, coffee, and snacks as per the office schedule.
- Cook hygienic and nutritious meals for employees and guests.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure timely serving of meals and beverages.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Grocery & Inventory ManagementMaintain stock of groceries, vegetables, milk, beverages, and other kitchen essentials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly grocery requirement lists.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely purchase of groceries and kitchen supplies.
- Check the quality and expiry dates of food items.
- Minimize food wastage through proper storage and stock rotation.
- Kitchen MaintenanceKeep the kitchen, utensils, appliances, and dining area clean and organized.
- Ensure proper storage of food items.
- Report any maintenance issues related to kitchen equipment.
- Dispose of kitchen waste in a hygienic manner.
- Administrative SupportMaintain records of grocery purchases and monthly expenses.
- Submit bills and invoices to the Administration/Accounts department.
- Assist in arranging refreshments during meetings, interviews, and office events.
- Support office administration with pantry-related requirements.
- Required SkillsGood cooking skills (North Indian and basic South Indian dishes preferred).
- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Basic inventory and grocery management.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Honest, disciplined, and well-organized.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
