Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of HR experience; experience in solar, EPC, construction, electrical, manufacturing, or field-sales businesses is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, labour compliance, PF, ESI, and employee relations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll software.
  • Ability to manage office staff as well as field and site-based employees.
