Associate - Run Projects

About the Role

HCC is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team for ongoing Indus Towers Telecom Infrastructure Projects. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coordinating field operations, ensuring quality execution, and supporting timely completion of telecom site upgradation works.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate between technicians, site engineers, contractors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise civil and electrical works related to telecom site upgradation and infrastructure development.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety guidelines, and client requirements.
• Identify execution challenges and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Track material availability, manpower deployment, and work progress at project sites.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones to achieve timely completion.
• Attend client meetings and support project reporting whenever required.
• Report directly to the Project Manager / Telecom Execution Head or any other authority designated by HCC Management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, tower projects, EPC, or civil/electrical site execution.
• Experience with Indus Towers, telecom operators, or infrastructure companies will be preferred.
• Good understanding of civil works, electrical installations, and site coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites (Occasional).
