Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Counsel students and parents about courses, curriculum, eligibility, and admission procedures
  • Handle walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online admission enquiries
  • Explain fee structure, scholarships, and payment options clearly
  • Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions
  • Maintain accurate admission records and student databases
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for admission processing
  • Assist in document verification and admission formalities
  • Participate in education fairs, school visits, seminars, and promotional events
  • Achieve monthly and annual admission targets
  • Provide post-admission support and ensure student satisfaction
