Urgent Vacancy For A Tendering & Bidding Engineer / Executive – Electrical & Instrumentation

Y F ENTERPRISES is looking for an experienced Tendering & Bidding Engineer / Executive who has hands-on experience in tendering and bidding for Electrical & Instrumentation projects, particularly for Oil & Gas, PSU and industrial projects.

The candidate should have good practical knowledge of GeM Portal and various PSU/client e-procurement portals, especially IOCL, BPCL and other Oil & Gas companies, and should be capable of independently handling the complete tendering process from tender identification to bid submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify suitable Electrical & Instrumentation tenders on:
• GeM Portal
• IOCL e-Tender Portal
• BPCL e-Tender Portal
• Other PSU / Oil & Gas / Government e-procurement portals
• CPPP and other relevant tender portals
• Study tender documents, NIT, BOQ, specifications, drawings, scope of work and commercial terms.
• Check eligibility criteria, technical qualification, financial qualification, EMD, tender fee, experience requirements and other tender conditions.
• Prepare tender participation documents and coordinate with management for bidding decisions.
• Prepare and submit Technical Bid, Price Bid and Commercial Bid as per tender requirements.
• Prepare BOQ pricing, rate analysis, costing and estimation for Electrical & Instrumentation works.
• Coordinate with suppliers/OEMs/subcontractors for obtaining quotations and technical/commercial information.
• Prepare comparative statements and negotiate with vendors for competitive rates.
