Site Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, correctly and as per approved drawings and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

Monitor civil, RCC, PEB/structural steel, roofing, flooring and other construction works.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Coordinate and manage labour, subcontractors and site workers.

Check measurements, levels, alignment and workmanship.

Read and understand construction drawings and BOQs.

Coordinate with engineers, project managers, vendors and subcontractors.

Maintain daily site progress reports and labour attendance.

Monitor material consumption and ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned engineer for resolution.

Ensure proper execution as per project schedule and report delays.

Maintain site safety and ensure workers use required PPE.

Inspect completed work and report defects or quality issues.

Coordinate material requirements with the purchase/store team.

Take site measurements and assist in preparation of bills and quantity records.

Ensure housekeeping and proper maintenance of the work area.

Follow company procedures and maintain site documentation.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of construction site activities.

Ability to read civil/structural drawings.

Knowledge of measurements, levels and basic quantity calculations.

Good labour and subcontractor management skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp for site reporting.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently at construction sites.

Knowledge of safety procedures and construction practices.
