Territory Sales Manager – Two Wheeler Finance
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager – Two Wheeler Finance to drive business growth and achieve loan disbursal targets within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in Two-Wheeler Finance, Dealer Management, and Channel Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly Two-Wheeler loan disbursal targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Develop and expand the dealer and channel partner network within the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with dealerships and manufacturing partners.
- Ensure Hero FinCorp's presence across all potential dealer outlets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Train, mentor, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives.
- Ensure timely dealer payouts and smooth execution of sales schemes.
- Drive business growth through effective territory planning and channel management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.
- EligibilityGraduate or Postgraduate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Two-Wheeler Finance, Auto Finance, NBFC, or Banking.
- Experience in Dealer Management and Channel Sales is preferred.
