Female Telesales Executive

Job Title: Female Telesales Executive

Location: 2A Grant Lane, Near Bentinck Street, Kolkata (Nearest Metro: Chandni Metro Station)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Telesales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of telesales, telecalling, or customer calling experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into customers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Explain products and services to customers over the phone.
  • Follow up with existing and potential clients.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/data regularly.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • EligibilityFemale candidates only.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Sales Executive, or Customer Calling.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary). Graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
