Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on existing leads.
Handle inquiries received through social media, the website, and other marketing channels.
Understand customer requirements and explain our interior design services.
Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales/design team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in the CRM.
Build and maintain good relationships with prospective clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets. Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.
Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Experience in interiors, real estate, or construction will be an added advantage.
