Job Description

Position: CEO Assistant

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support the CEO in day-to-day administrative and business activities.
