Job Description

Front Office / Receptionist

Locations: New Digha, Mandarmani, and Dhulagarh

Duty Hours: 12 Hours (Includes meal breaks)

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome arriving guests and handle the check-in/check-out process efficiently.
  • Manage room reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries.
  • Maintain register entries and basic billing records.
  • Address guest complaints promptly to ensure a high standard of hospitality.

Requirements & Work Rules

  • Mandatory presence on weekends (Fridays & Saturdays), public holidays, and blackout days (No leave permitted during peak days).
  • Strong communication and guest handling skills.
