Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visitor Management: Greet all visitors warmly, verify identities, issue access passes, and maintain a secure visitor log
- Communication: Answer incoming calls professionally, route them to appropriate departments, and take accurate messages
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and room bookings
- Reception Operations: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials
- Administrative Support: Handle basic office tasks like mail sorting, data entry, and document filing
- Professional Standards: Represent the company with courtesy and professionalism at all times
