Job Description

  • Assist delivery executive with their order & remunerations
  • Perform 3-way conference, as n when required with DE & customer
  • Assist in problem solving & faster resolution
  • English reading & understanding is necessary, with basic speaking fluency
  • Major shift timings are in evening shift, to cater the peak hours. However, shifts rotate in weekly/fortnighly
  • Preferred to have a 2 wheeler
  • Hindi fluency is must
  • Split shift & Night shifts includes additional incentives
