Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
• Generate, qualify, and manage leads.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and sales-pitching ability.
• Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
• CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good communication skills.

Experience

:0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling.
